| On Friday night we had a pizza party for my son's 18th birthday and after this they all went into town on the drink. There were quite a few people who stayed the night and so I used up the left over toppings and dough and made these for breakfast in the oven with the residual heat. I cooked some bacon, tomato and garlic mushrooms in the oven or 5 min. Then flattened 1/2 a dough ball leaving a thick rim. The bacon mixture went on top and then into the oven with the door on for 5 min. When the bread was partly cooked I craked an egg on top and put them back into the oven for another couple of minutes. They went down a treat and I had to make a second batch. I don't have any pics of the pizza party from the night before as I was too busy on the pizza production line!

| Hey Paul, You are a clever man they look really great, was the bread nice and soft inside? you cooked the eggs a treat. I hope you don't need a hangover to have them as I want to cook these treats next Sunday for my wife and I for breakfast. Cheers Doug

| Doug, No hangover is necessary but I mave have been too clever as my son's mates thought that they were the best breakfast ever and are threatening to use our place to crash every weekend! The bread was very light as the dough had been proving in the fridge for 36hrs by this stage.
