That sounds good!

I've never had fish heads, what kind of fish do you use for that?

And I really really like your square plates with the colourful edging! Nice!

Thanks Frances................the fish in the picture was a 9kg/20lb type of tuna. I can't remember the Turkish name for it offhand but it will come back to me when I'm not thinking about it. I really like snapper as well if we can get a big enough one to make it worth while.
