Default First Pizza from my oven

Well, here is my first pizza. Not exactly as planned because I was not sure I would get my oven up to temp today...but I did. So, I had some left over dough...not even pizza dough, and through toppings on there!

The dough was not perfect, but the oven performed like a champ. The floor was just above 700F, and it took around 60 seconds for these little pizzas.

Will post as I do more.

I'm a very avid amateur cook, and build my oven for more than just pizza. Next week I'll start trying some roasting and bread!

You are off to a good start! Your dough looks nice! Your oven could probably be a bit hotter. And you should experiment with less toppings. But a great start!

Bake On!
