Firing it up...
Just getting ready for a pizza bake-off this evening. I will be using a few different dough processes and will determine which one cooks the best.
First batch - made yesterday with TBird without autolyse
Second batch - made yesterday in KA already looking puffy.
Third batch - made today with TBird, with autolyse
