This evening - Sausages.. Or to be exact - Boerewors!! (My South African friends would know what that is!!). Cooked a few with a sprig of fresh thyme for the evening meal.
Have a pizza bash tomorrow evening so will do the sausage as a starter and probably some pork crackling for nibbles.
Will be cranking up the TBird mixer tomorrow to cater for 10.
Just about to start yest another batch of mozarella...
