 Easter Pizzafest, show us your pics. Easter Pizzafest, show us your pics. Hi gang, we had a few ppl over for pizza last night (Easter Saturday) and everyone had a ball as usual. The new oven blew me away with its performance, cooked better, stays hotter and just lots bigger inside, I will have to get a new handle for the peel as its now too short and the oven too hot..  As usual all the guests built their own pizzas. All the usual types and variations of topping were tried, I made a fish and chip pizza for myself, topped with left over chips from the night before, prawns, salmon, tomato paste and cheese, it was delish,. There was rhubarb and apple crumble with cream for afters, done in the oven of course.
