| Toss Spinach in olive oil and spread out on a baking sheet...sprinkle with sea salt ( or any other seasoning for that matter) bake for 10 Min at 275...turn over and bake for another 10 min or until they crisp remove to a paper towel...then enjoy.

| Sounds good uh can't remember her name on the one of the food channels made a tomato soup and a french grilled ham and cheese and used Kale instead of spinach looked pretty good this was in a convential oven |
