| Just baked this pecan-and-chocolate chips pie for a visiting daughter, and it smells delicious! Picasa Web Albums - carioca - Clod Nine We'll judge it tomorrow when the young couple stop over on their way home to Sydney. The reason I ran out of pecans, BTW, is that I kept slipping a nut a day to our lovely brush turkey La Turca every evening ever since the last harvest... I am forbidden to feed the native bird these days, so as to allow her to return to her ways of the bush instead of lolling about with the chickens... Cheers, LMH http://www.cookingforengineers.com/r...late-Pecan-Pie
