Default braised shortribs with chiles, white beans, mushrooms and beer
Made this last night following the directions from Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill in Chicago (link to recipe below).

Meat, Chicken & Pork - Rick Bayless | Frontera

Finished the meal by roasting homemade marshmallows in the oven. I love the instant marshmallow roasting feature of the WFO!
