Thumbs up Another great book on breads

I found and purchased another excellent book on bread making and baking. It is from an Australian author Tamara Milstein and titled "Bread the universal loaf" ISBN: 1 740220 14 5, Published by R&R Publications Marketing Pty Ltd.
It has a host of interesting recipes from all around the world but will need to increase the hydration rate to compensate for the WFO requirements
I have included a pic of the cover and the title page.
