| I fired up the oven for the 1st time last night, Made some dough in the morning & by late afternoon the moment of truth came. We made a garlic & pesto pizza first. straight away I realised the oven was too hot.... she cooked real quick the floor was around 400c....slight charred on the base & a little uncooked in the middle but still real nice. Then we made a real one with the lot.... floor was 380 & roof was 450........was the bomb....cooked another 3 just like that.... & today it tastes just as nice cold. cant wait to do it all again

| Now, Wasn't that fun! Good pizza and a heck of a story getting to this point. Time to let the next chapter begin, the oven is built and now is the time to learn to use the darn thing! Good Job! JED |
