| Our old stone is looking like Commandments 11 - 15, so it's time to get another one. I'm seeing some advertised as made from "cordierite". I'm not familiar with this material. Anyone know anything about it? Thanks, Kevin |

| Kiln sheving is Cordierite based and makes a very good stone for cooking on, but a tad expensive. |
