Here are the photos for the stone oven in Napa. It will be finished with a poured concrete arch and landing which are set last. Very cool stonework. The stones themselves came out of the ground when they were ripping the land to plant a vineyard. They were set with four guys and a forklift.

They arent heating up all that stone. The dome is inside and well insulated. The stone is just a veneer if you can call rocks that big a "veneer". I suppose thay are structural down underneath, but after that, they are just icing on the cake as it were. <thereI go again...> ;-)
