Default Steel/Brick Oven

Found these on the FX Blog.

Scrool down and they talk about these Brick/Steel ovens that they bake "farinata" in.

James or anyone know the history of this food item or any additional information.

Eataly - Slow Food Superstore

Thanks,

Rich
