| Here's an example of the gabled house with a stone enclosure. James

| (M) James, it is nice! Or, is it in Nice? (M) Is this an oven that was built by one of our Forum Members? (M) Where is it located? Ciao, Marcel

| Marcel, Hmmm. Good point. No, it's in New York. It's too green to be in Nice. That said, I will definitely edit the posting. The owner doesn't know where the oven chamber comes from and a local mason did the installation -- they use our pizza oven tools, ingredients, terracotta bakeware, and some coaching. Good roof line, use to timber, stone landing, and use of stone for the chimney above the gable. It's..... well, good. James

| Can't wait to see a picture of this oven in six months. I want to take a nap on the lawn in the background. I'm tired. Ovens are hard work. |
