Default New Las Vegas Oven!

A Peruvian friend, Paulo Petit, in Vegas caught wind of my first wood-fired oven of Argentinian design and decided he had to have one, like right now.

Paulo laid a slab of concrete and we started construction. In a few weeks it was done and cranking out pizzas -- we cooked 37 the first night! The entire process with photos of every day's construction is available at the site below. Be sure to click on each group of images to enlarge them to a more viewable size.
