Default My oven in Texas

Hi -

Here is the full story (with lots of pictures) of my oven and the misadventures along the way (none of which were Forno Bravo's fault):

My Pizza Oven: Mark Graban, Fort Worth, Texas | Slice Pizza Blog

I love my Artigiano oven!

Mark

I didn't want to come on to FB forums and self-link, because I suspect that's a breach of etiquette here, so thanks for posting that, Mark. I would also note that if any other oven-builders in the FB community would like to showboat on Slice, feel free to get in touch! We're always looking for killer ovens and stories to feature.
