Default Medieval oven and sink

Here is a medieval oven (or at least what's left of it). It's in a castle ruin. One intersting thing is that it's a stone oven, not a brick oven. The surrounding area is all limestone, but the oven stone is red. I'm guessing they imported the stone for the oven -- probably granite, though it might have been too soft. The sink to the left looks pretty much like the stone sinks you would see today (I'm still looking for a supplier).
