It's been a little cold up here in Seattle lately,for our standards obviously,but I had the need and so did my kids for some good wood fired pizza.Fired up the oven,with one bundle of firewood,and a small pallet that I got from work..45 minutes later as you can see by my reading she was ready..I love these ovens...I love the pizza even better...This site has been great in teaching me a lot,and I really appreciate all the effort that goes into keeping it up...Thanks again............Rene..........Pizza Lover In Seattle...........
