| Someone on another site researched these, and they are from Uruguay, in South America. There's a large population of Italian descent there. Chimney in the dome? Bad ideas never die, but apparently there's a tradition of S. American ovens vented at the top of the dome. |

| Yes, and they probably have a plentiful supply of equatorial timbers that have been cut to destroy the rainforests to keep the heat up to them with those crazy chimneys. Neill
