| In the finishing stages of my 42" oven, will post some build photos. We pretty much followed the Forno Bravo plans, and the information on the forum was really helpful. A huge THANKS to James and all the members of the Forno Bravo community. The information here is incredible, in terms of construction information but all the little details like doors, pizza dough recipes, how to cure and fire the oven etc etc etc. This is a wonderful hands-on community, sharing information and helping one another. We had an absolute blast building the oven (95% complete , just need to finish off some cosmetic details when the snow melts) and are really loving it. Thanks again. Adam |
