| These shots are from the 2007 Fallas, the celebration of spring in Valencia. They are from three different areas. First is a woman making caldo for the evening meals, then two show a pan being unloaded with a winch and then a 200 person fideua (noodles) with shrimp, an finally a community making about 30 wood fired individual paellas near their falla. What fun.....
