Default new squash ''sunshine''

This is our 2nd year growing this squash and we are hooked . It's easy growing , productive [ but not so much it covers the backyard], not too big but decent sized [2 lbs to 5lbs], with sweet, thick, smooth, and fiberless flesh.
I put the whole squash in the oven on a pie plate .. [don't clean it out .. much easier to do when it's all cooked] ..bake @400f or so.... a big one takes 1 1/2 hrs till you can dent it [for frying or grilling ] or 2hrs or until it splits for soups
cheers,
tim ..

Thanks Tim,
I looked up "Sunshine Squash" and it is a nice looking variety. I'm going to order my seeds now. Thanks for the tip.
