| Hello Marco, and welcome to this Forum. I visited Toronto once and really loved your city. I can remember when I first found this web-forum and I guess 8 months later, I've started my oven. I'm sure you'll here from locals soon enough and literally, the rest of the world too. Cheers, Dino

| Marco, I'm located in Prince Albert, a small village just south of Port Perry, Ontario, and about 70 kms northeast of downtown TO. Send me an email if you want to discuss oven building, materials, etc. Have a look at my website: :: Mary G's Artisan Breads :: Traditional wood-fired brick-oven breads made to uncompromising gourmet standards to see what we're up to here. Jim

| Marco, Its probably better to go in and edit out your email and send it to Jim in a private message - Those spam bots and less scrupulous folks love to find an email out in the open they can start selling things to.... Good luck with the build! Christo

| Marco since you are in Toronto you got me interested in the pompeii pizza oven. Hopefully we can build these and make pizzas like how we did it back in Italy. Hello to everyone |

| Marco: If you have a rough timeline as to when you are looking at building, I'd love to be able to come down to the centre of the universe and lend a hand. Last year I built a couple of rough mud/one day brick ovens just to get the feel for building but am planning to build a pompeii starting in April. |
