Default Pizza Stones

Does anybody know if cooking two pizzas on two separate pizza stones works in a convection oven?

Yes it will. I have done with soapstone 14"x14" too...but they stored so much heat my oven locked!

Kitch, If you have a metal supply nearby, I'd bet you can get 1/4 to 3/8 inch steel plate remnants for not to much. It should be less money than Pizza Stones and cook better for you.. Assuming that you want Naples or NY style.
