| I am building an outbuilding that will resemble a Mexican cantina. The dimensions are 12 feet x 16 feet, and it will have large windows. The question is can I build a 36" pizza oven inside, or will the generated heat be too much for such a small building? I'm hoping the thick insulation on the oven will keep it from producing too much heat. |

| Hey Mellow, My honest opinion,, yea, think it might be.. if you start using fans to cool the building you may possibly cause toxic fumes to enter the room... screwing up your draft, etc.. the other thing you could do is put a power vent on the oven and you might be ok... do a forum search for power venting Hope this helps more than confuses you Mark

| The oven uses a lot of air. It sucks cold air in, circulates it around the top of the oven and then up the chimney. So windows will need to be open. My oven it outside, but it generates a lot of heat.
