| I plan on building a 36" oven. Opening width =19",opening height =12 (as recomended). Can this oven opening be rectangular instead of arched (as shown in the fornobravo website)? Thanks! |

| Definitely. You can frame it with brick sides and angle iron to span the opening. Quite a few Pompeii Ovens have been built that way. That's how I did my two barrel vault ovens as well. James
