| hi everyone, i am still building my brick oven and in the process of aquiring some accesories. i have seen copper and brass oven brushes for cleaning out brick hearth ovens. i happen to have a steel brush. copper and brass are obviously softer than steel and i am wondering if i will do any harm by using steel? can any one explain what the advantages/disadvantages are? thanks, bernie |
