 Newbie info - books Is there a problem with the FB store that anyone knows about? Ive been trying to order the downloadable Pompeii How-to manual but everytime I login, the item in my shopping cart goes away.

| Re: Newbie info - books Yeah i have problems with it too. When I try to pay for stuff, it just says Page not found. I've tried several times and several different ways. Logging in, not logging. etc. But no luck. I figured I would just call in my order....

| Re: Newbie info - books I cannot recreate that, I can login and put items in my cart. I am sure it would be helpful to James to know what is going on. When you get the page not found error, what is the url up in the address bar? |

| Re: Newbie info - books Do you have a separate username and password for the store? I was having the same problem, then I realized that my username and p/w from the forum would not work. You need to set up a new account for the store. Hopefully that will solve your problem. |

| Re: Newbie info - books That's a good point. Thanks for pointing it out. The FB Store and the FB Forum are two separate software systems, so you need to register twice. Sorry about that. :-) This is not something I can see fixing in the near term, so we are stuck with it. Register twice, and keep building! James

| Re: Newbie info - books Thanks, I just re-regestered and Ive got my copy of the Pompeii How-To book. Thanks, I guess. All I wanted was a Big Green Egg in my outdoor Kitchen. Now Im making plans for a pizza oven. Im not sure how it happened.  Just kidding. Its all good.
