| Hi to all on this forum, I am planning on building a pizza oven this year and that may sound mad as i am in the not so sunny UK but i am looking to this great site for my inspiration and knowledge as i am a complete beginner. I just wanted to post somthing to say hello to everyone and hope that you can help me with my plans and what is the best way to start out. | A brick oven is just what English spring and autumn need -- the fire can take off some of the chill. Good luck with your project -- you joing a growing number of Brits building ovens and installing Forno Bravo ovens. Ask lots of questions. James
