I just made a page that lists all of the PDF files we have on Forno Bravo for download. There are quite a few of them, and it seems good to have a single place to look for them. Of course links to these documents are dotted all around FB.com.

Any refractory dealer should have some brand of dry refractory mortar mix, but sure enough, Google doesn't think there are any refractory dealers in Las Vegas. Maybe you want to call around places that do boiler work, or ceramic kiln dealers. You should get some kind of lead.
