| Getting ready to frame and pour the structural and insulating slabs today and after much thought from all your choices I decided to use the J-bolt method. I will go through both layers in order to fasten the metal studs. Will get a few more pictures soon of the progress. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Hi Dan, the point of no return. All you need once the hearth is poured is around 3 good days to get the dome bricked, insulated and the curing fires going. You will be enjoying the food in no time, just keep going full trott. Neill
