Dangers of FB Board

Hello all Like all of you I to have the pizza oven bug and have read on FB Board but when I went to purchase it the dealer informed that this product releases a chemical when under high heat. I can't seem to get a staight answer if this is true or not. My question is does anyone know the answer to this problem.
