Visiting a Buffalo farm

I was also asked for directions on where to see a Buffalo farm and mozzarella production. We stayed at Paestum, about an hour south of Naples and recommend it highly.

The rooms are nice, dinner is included and it was great, and the company at the dinner table was excellent. Interesting folks on two nights for us. You can walk to the fields with the bufalo and see the production process. They also provide cooking classes.

Please add any other food-related destinations, including cheese, olive oil, wine, etc. that you have enjoyed.
