| I just bought a bottle of white truffle olive that I am planning on using to finish flat bread and some pizzas. Does anyone use it? Have any advise or recipes that mix the flavors well? Thanks. James

| Hi James, I use truffle oil to make a pizza and every time it wins the award of best pizza. Drizzle some truffle oil over the pizza base, then sprinkle with fresh rosemary leaves, chopped garlic and sea salt. You can add some really good parmesan, or very thinly sliced potatoes if you wish. Cook the pizza in the oven, grind a little more seat salt over it if necessary, drizzle with more truffle oil and serve ... bellisimo! Regards Helen |
