| Hey all you pizza bakers out there, if you ever come across "truffle cheese," take my advice and don't pass it up! My wife got some from an Italian deli a while back and just adding a light sprinkling turns an "ordinary" WFO pizza (if there is such a thing) into something extraordinary. It's an amazing flavor. Probably much like the truffle oil that people have been raving about. It looks like mozzarella with ground black pepper in it, and it stinks, but boy oh boy does it make a good pizza!!
