Default Trip to Naples and Caputo

I am leaving Monday for a trip to Naples, where among other things I am going to eat a lot of pizza and mozzarella, see, Enzo Coccia (the pizzaiolo schoool), and visit Molino Caputo. I will take photos so that you can see the mill and the people.

Let me know if there is anything you want me to look up, or ask, when we are there.

James

James, I'm planning a trip to Italy in early april to shoot some footage of Pompeii, pizza ovens in general and hopefully an interview with you.. Are you in Florence for a while?

James,

This is unrelated, but it does have to do with ingredients. Members might find this NYTimes article fun: A Grandchild of Italy Cracks the Spaghetti Code - New York Times . Hope the link works; it does from here.
