 Mozzarella in the Florence food market
Some things you just can't easily replicate. Here are a couple of photos of fresh mozzarella di Bufala for 3 Euro a large ball (250g, or about half pound). At $1.25 to the Euro, that's about $7.50 a pound. Wouldn't that be great.
