I've got a bunch of Limes (and other citrus fruit easier to eat). But I don't have any recipes for using Limes...anyone have suggestions?

....that is apart from my Corona!

We use limes quite a lot particularly for Thai dishes which often call for lime juice, usually in tandem with an equal proportion of fish sauce. 50/50 lime juice and chili sauce makes a fantastic salad dressing or dipping sauce.

I use limes a lot for fish instead of lemon. Lime sorbet is also delicious. And then there are mojitos, margaritas and gin and tonics with lime....

Silly rabbit... I've been low carbing for over 2 years...

I didn't have time to do an extensive search but you should be able to substitute lime juice and plain gelatin for the lime Jello - or find a more suitable recipe with a little hunting.
