Default Flour for Focaccia

Besides King Arthur, what other brands of flour would be good for Focaccia?

I love a Giusto's flour for both my pizzas and breads. I don't know if you can find it back in MN, but it is great. Shay you are in Pillsbury land back there, you should be able to find some good flour.
