Caputo pizza flour
I've searched the forum, but I haven't come up with a definite answer. Did anyone ever confirm whether the new small red bags are pizzeria or rinforzato flour?

The New Red Bags are Neither!!! Its weaker than either flour. Caputo used to put Pizzaria flour in the little red bags and they now supply a weaker flour they feel has more general purpous for Dolce and Grizinni. This information came from their main distrbuter on the east coast..Don't know what they are doing out west.
