| I've searched the forum, but I haven't come up with a definite answer. Did anyone ever confirm whether the new small red bags are pizzeria or rinforzato flour? |

| The New Red Bags are Neither!!! Its weaker than either flour. Caputo used to put Pizzaria flour in the little red bags and they now supply a weaker flour they feel has more general purpous for Dolce and Grizinni. This information came from their main distrbuter on the east coast..Don't know what they are doing out west. |
