Default Making cheese

I stumbled across a post a long time ago-- where it acknowledged that SOMEHOW one had made a separate chamber or area in their WFO (maybe it was in the back area) -- where it was for cheesemaking.

My question to you all is HOW in the world can you make cheese in a WFO?
