| One more thing! We put 7-8 whole cloves of garlic and a sprig of fresh rosemary in olive oil and put it at the opening of the oven to make a really nice flavored olive oil. The garlic went brown to give it a nice toasty flavor. Then, we poured the oil on the flat bread for dinner. Nice. James

| i've made similar oils before, by putting garlic and herbs or hot peppers in olive oil in an old wine bottle and either steeping them cold for a few weeks, or placing them on the shelf atop of the gas oven in the kitchen, which speeds up the process a bit.
