We have added the Escali digital scale to the FB Store. It's a fast and easy to use scale that I really enjoy. It's small and light, and has a good 11lb capacity. Perfect for pizza and bread dough.

Just ordered mine......now all I need to splurge on - a new mixer.

James, any chance of adding the Bosch or Electrolux mixers to the FB store?

I would rather order from FB than anywhere else. I am a firm believer in supporting those who have supported me.....if it were not for this forum, I probably would still be stuck in the planning stage.

Hey RT,

I think you will like it. Let us know how it goes. We have talked with the Avancini folks about becoming a dealer, so we will see where that lands. It's a pretty fragmented market; if only one mixer (preferably Italian) rose to the top. :-)
