 Cooking class Feb 11 and 18 in Lafayette, CA Our friends Judy Witts Francini and Terry Paetzold are hosting wood-fired cooking classes in Lafayette, CA (Northern California) on Feb 11 and 18, and they have a small number of places still available -- so we are letting everyone know. Judy Witts Francini, is a member of the Italian Personal Chef Association, the International Association of Culinary Professionals, a member of Slow Food International, and a student of cooking for over 30 years. She's married to a native Florentine, Andrea Francini, whose knowledge of Florence provides Judy with valuable insights.
