Default Cooking in a beer cooler

Cook Your Meat in a Beer Cooler: The World's Best (and Cheapest) Sous-Vide Hack | Serious Eats

This article was intriguing - I'm going to try it soon and put the final sear on the meat using my oven and Tuscan Grill.

Taking a break from manufacturing dough for tomorrow.....Keep your fingers crossed for good weather!

That's very cool. I saw a post from David Leibovicz (sp?) about using a sous-vide machine, and was fascinated. I've never seen one before. Must try this later on when time is not so crazy.
