Default Baking pan for WFO

I recently found these on the internet... Look at the cool sizes they come in!

One of my New Year's resolutions is that sometime this year I will buy the biggest one possible to fit in my oven and roast a whole ox on it!! (...or some kind of animal anyway...)

An ox roast, wow, I've only had ox tail stew and I don't believe that came from an ox at all
