Forno Bravo is carrying a new oven accessory that makes it easy to get a good airflow going around your wood. It's a log hold that goes up on one side, and down on the other. It does a good job of keep your wood in place, keeps logs from rolling onto the cooking floor and makes it easier to keep a nice flame going.
