| Gee it looks like you might get your private parts burnt whist tending you meatballs or pizzas in your oven. That looks dangerous and one of the problems of removing your fire for cooking breads, especially if you have an ash slot. The hose on the Lh side should be a water hose rather than an lpg line. It might come in handy. Neill
