Default Water in my oven

Hello. I live in NJ and we had a pretty bad winter. I had a BBQ cover over my oven however the cap came off of my chimney and water must have gotten into my oven. I tried firing it up and the walls never became translucent. Also the floor would not heat up. The outer shell of my oven became very hot as well (which it never does). What should I do? Help please!
